Accessibility statement

Roamwise aims to make its travel information usable across devices, input methods and assistive technologies. Updated 7 September 2026.

1. Our commitment

We design and maintain this site with WCAG 2.1 Level AA principles in mind. Accessibility is an ongoing editorial and technical responsibility.

2. Structure and navigation

Pages use semantic landmarks, a consistent heading order, descriptive titles, a skip link and navigation that remains available without JavaScript. The mobile menu uses native disclosure controls.

3. Keyboard and focus

Links and controls are operable by keyboard, follow the visual reading order and display a strong focus indicator. We do not use timed interactions or keyboard traps.

4. Text, colour and motion

Body text is scalable, line lengths are constrained and colour is not the only means of conveying meaning. Reduced-motion preferences disable smooth scrolling and transitions.

5. Images and formats

Content photographs have concise alternative text, decorative brand marks are ignored by screen readers and image dimensions are reserved to reduce layout movement. Information is provided as text rather than only inside imagery.

6. Assistance and feedback

If you encounter a barrier or need information in another practical format, email contact@roamwise.space or call +61 2 6555 6255. Please identify the page and issue; we will respond during normal business hours.
