This policy explains the limited ways personal information may reach Roamwise through this static website and direct communication. Effective 7 September 2026.

This policy applies to roamwise.space and enquiries made to Roamwise using the email, phone or address published here. The site has no account system, checkout, comments or web contact form.

If you contact us, we may receive your name, contact details, trip requirements and anything else you choose to include. Please avoid sending sensitive identity, health or payment information unless it is necessary and we have agreed on a secure method.

3. Technical information

Our hosting provider may process standard server logs such as IP address, request time, requested page, browser information and security events to deliver and protect the site. Roamwise does not add analytics, advertising pixels or third-party tracking scripts.
